I'd like to introduce Shake Shack. This time I went to the Minatomirai store.  The Minatomirai store is the first store in Kanagawa Prefecture. This store's concept is "weigh the anchor, set sail". The store is also designed in the image of a big ship. When entering the store, there was an atmosphere like overseas, with a big screen on the wall. It was like a fashionable fast food shop. Also, menu items are on the wall and many goods of Shake Shack are sold.  The menu also includes hamburgers, hot dogs, fries, soft drinks and alcohol. I ordered the Classic Shack Burger, cheese fries and a drink. Shack Burger is made of a beef patty, lettuce, tomato, Shack sauce. It was completely different from the hamburger patty I always eats.  I was surprised with the feeling of meat like hamburgers and the meat was very juicy.  Next, for cheese fries, there was plenty of cheddar cheese mixed with American cheese. I'd like to introduce "Gyubei souan" in Kamioooka. It was newly opened in 2017 September 1st. This shop  bought a head of cattle carefully selected from the whole country such as Yamagata beef. When you enter the restaurant, the interior is bright and has a calm atmosphere. Also, even with you roasted  meat, the smoke doesn't come up, so your clothes and hair don't smell. I ordered the Yamagata beef 4 kinds of BBQ lunch. This set with 4 kinds of meat changes from day to day. When I went there, there were top round cap off, Rib-shin, brisket, knuckle main muscle. Among them, I ate shin-shin for the first time, it was very delicious. Also, this set  includes rice, soup and all you can eat vegetables. There were many kinds of vegetables, such as  kimchi, namul of bean sprouts and so on. Also there were many kinds of drinks, such as alcohol and soft drinks. This set is 3780 yen, including tax.
